Pro Hockey Players (Nate-AHL) prepping for camp! Last week of summer for some of our guys after 15 weeks of training.
Here’s this sequence 👇
1) Overcoming Split squat iso (drive into the floor as aggressive as you can with a weight you can’t pick up on 1 foot)
2) Light DB alternating jumps
3) Band assisted rebounding jumps
4) 10 yard sprint with 5 yard buy in.
