Last week I did 2 kind things:
I gave blood. Before my appointment I saw a homeless man, I chatted with him & said if he was still there after blood donation I would buy him some lunch. He asked if I could possible buy him some crisps and a drink, so I did that before my appt.

Aaron would have been 26 years old today, but he sadly grew his angel wings last year after a tragic car accident. At the end of his life, he selflessly gave the gift of life as an organ donor, and this has saved 5 people’s lives, one of them being a child.
