Great Morning spent with Shane Benzie learning how to run more efficiently. This first video is me at the start of the session, where I am heel striking and have very little heel lift.

By the end of the session,my foot is landing under my hips, I am running much taller and there is greater heel lift.

A return to Alice Holt parkrun this morning, this used to be our local PR. I'd forgotten how savage the hills are. One hill in the middle is called Dragon Hill, cause it 'drags on' for ages and your lungs are burning at the top 😂. I finished 10th out of 350 in a time of 19:38
