More of this kind of Anglo-Catholicism please
In 1903, four thousand Anglo-Catholic clergy signed that they would not "alter the services in the Prayer Book by Unsanctioned omissions, or by any additions which hinder the service or which suggest its insufficiency."

Conservative Anglicans in America should just (re)discover the 1928
It is clear that in conservative Anglican circles, a burgeoning movement seeks to revive the 1662 prayer book tradition, a benchmark for Anglican doctrine and worship. The Reasons: Anglican identity becomes more clearly defined, doctrine and liturgy reconnect, and Anglicanism gains stronger theological coherence.

The diversity we see in Anglicanism is obviously not a good thing and historically was pushed by liberals, Advanced Anglo-Catholics and extreme Low Churchmen to support their existence in the church.

So not insisting on our principles to appease other Protestants is fine, but it's evil when Anglo-Caths do it in the other direction. Maybe Rome and Geneva are both wrong and Anglicans should just be Anglican.
Bp Colin Buchanan: “The basic inistence on episcopal succession and ordination as necessary to the being (the esse) of the Church is neither integral to the Gospel nor grounded in the Reformation settlement, but is a partisan and over-narrow view which has deeply affected and damaged our relationships with Reformed Churches.”

Do give this account a follow, one of the only PNCC accounts on twitter.
A friend encouraged me to post more about the PNCC because representation is small. Therefore, I’m going to post from the Road to Unity document, which were official EO-PNCC (Old Catholic) doctrinal agreements. nordiccatholic.com/wp-conten…

Is this a gay pride parade? Is that why these dudes are wearing dresses with lacy blouses over them?

Sometimes Anglicans take heat for having Articles ambiguous enough to encompass divergent positions, but the same is true of the Council of Trent. Franciscans & Dominicans disagreed re: details of grace, faith, and works, so Trent deliberately used language able to encompass both
