June 15th came and went.
As a rising junior, my son didn't receive a single text message, phone call, or direct message from a college coach.
Not one.
It would have been easy to get discouraged. It would have been easy to compare his journey to others. It would have been easy to think he was being overlooked.
Instead, he kept working.
Over the following months, his dedication, development, and persistence paid off as he earned 5 Division I offers. Eventually committing to ETSU.
If you didn't hear from a college coach yesterday, don't panic.
One day does not define your recruiting journey.
Keep improving your film.
Keep getting stronger.
Keep performing in the classroom.
Keep attending camps.
Keep building relationships.
Recruiting is a process, not a single day on the calendar.
Your opportunity may not come when you expect it, but that doesn't mean it isn't coming.
Stay the course. Keep working. Your time is coming.
