This app drives me crazy to scroll anymore Between the soul sucking ai posts and seeing the same content posted by ten different people, I can’t do it. Nothing seems authentic anymore

Adulting advice??? Use your weekend to go out, treat yourself and enjoy being alone. Learn how to make yourself enough for you without needing someone by your side. Make yourself your one and only partner that no matter what will always be there for you.

Being a single dad is tough work, but nights like tonight make it worth every second. My 11yo daughter said “daddy, don’t look, I’m drawing you something.”

I have my kids all this week for their spring break while I’m healing from back surgery (L4-L5 microdiscectomy) I tried to use a jelly donut tonight to show my daughter how my herniated disc happened, how they fix it and why I sadly still can’t be active with them this week I’m nine days into recovery and about 90% pain free so far. Such a massive relief

Yesterday morning I had back surgery to fix a herniated disk that was pushing against my nerves causing severe pain for three weeks. I was very happy to wake up with the nerve pain running down my leg completely gone. I just have a lot of muscle pain around the incision now that will take some time to heal. Looking forward to getting back to my normal routine
