My only experience of an LA school was absolutely awful - next to no support or mentoring or accountability. My experience of multiple academies has been incredible - hard work, but an amazing environment to learn, share ideas and develop.

Basically people shouldn’t knock it before they have tried it - everyone at my LA school was horrified when they found out I was going to @AcademyArk at Wembley. ‘They’ll work you to death’ ‘you’ll have no rights’… you know what? I did work harder but it was incredible!
