Got to see @markappel26 pitch live in Troy NY when he was in Rookie ball back in 2013 for the Valley Cats. Turned on the TV last night to see him throw an inning against the Braves. Couldn’t help but read up on his path to get to where he is. What an inspiring journey!

Had a chance to meet @ian_anderson15 with @malachowski_nik about 4 years ago down in Spring Training when I was a young asst. coach with Brockport. Being a 518 guy, it’s awesome to follow from the outside looking in, and see him compete as one of the top arms. Keep grinding 💪🏼

@ian_anderson15 goes toe to toe with the Mets and Jacob deGrom and gets a no decision leaving with a 3-2 lead after 7. 7 IP, 2 R, 3 H, 2 BB, 2 K’s and 97 pitches ! Braves win on Freeman walk off! Huge win for the Braves !

Well after three and a half years with the best group of kids and parents in the world, Allstars Elite finally achieved a top 25 in the country ranking. We couldn’t be more proud of this group, who was one of our first two travel teams we started a little over three years.... ⬇️

Why would you ban the defensive shift? Why does everything have to cater to offenses in sports? How about... re-teach offensive strategy; bunting, hit-and-run, power ground balls to opposite field to yield the defenses ability to shift on your predictable offense.

And I’m not one that thinks we should bunt or be hitting the ball on the ground 90% of the time, but I do believe you should take time to train and be able to do it, for the reason mentioned above!
