One of the best seasons in War Eagles history ends in the Class 6A state quarterfinals. South Forsyth (25-5) finished as an undefeated Region 6-6A champion. Carib Morris finished the night with 36 points, banking in this trey as time expired.

Thanks to an 8-for-8 showing at the line from Carib Morris, a Quincey Hilton triple and a pair of buckets from Dylan Austin, the War Eagles stay within striking distance.

Behind a suffocating defense and 22 points from Coco Rudolph, the Rams have started to take control. Carib Morris has 17 points but also three fouls for the War Eagles.

Lambert and Pebblebrook are battling in the second round of the Class 6A state tournament. The Falcons lead 13-10 after one period, but the Longhorns have kept the crowd in the game with a couple of 3-pointers and a pair of Will Dopfer dunks.
