OTD 150 years ago Kisber a Hungarian bred horse won the Derby @EpsomRacecourse
The horse was ridden by Charlie Maidment and trained by Joseph Hayhoe at Palace House stables now the home of the @NHRMuseum
Kisber is the only Hungarian bred horse to win the Derby and on 11 June 1876 he went on to win the Grand Prix de Paris @paris_longchamp #thepaddandpav
