@TfL complaint about 132 bus driver out of North Greenwich station tonight at 6:20pm? Buses diverted due to a medical incident in road, passengers sent to another bus stop. Bus stop re-opened but Driver failed to stop to let those on that were sent to the other bus stop to wait!

How can I find out vehicle details to lodge a complaint? The 132 has been appalling the last few months and especially today, both this morning & this evening.

@premierinn absolutely disgusted. My brother is staying Taunton Central, I’m Taunton East. I know he’s at your hotel, have Medical emergency but can’t get thru to him on phone. Wasn’t asking for room number only for staff to knock on his door to alert him but you wouldn’t help!

So I’m still unable to contact my brother by phone to let him know how poorly his mum is, it is now 3:30am. Shame on you Premier Inn for lack of compassion in an emergency situation, staff could see how distressed I was. Have always rated Premier Inn not anymore - despicable

@GWRHelp 1/3, service is absolutely appalling. Currently on 10:37 to Exeter, St David’s. What a surprise delayed, & surprise reduced carriages, no seat reservations honoured. I’m 52 & have joint hypermobility syndrome & travelling with 76 year old parents who also have mobility

2/2 issues. How’s it acceptable to announce platform 7 mins before departure. No luggage space available, so drivers cab door is blocked with my suitcase as no space available on racks or over head racks not that I’d be able to lift up there.

3/3 My parents have had to sit separately either end of carriage whilst I’m standing all way to Taunton in doorway. My father has prostate issues but in order for him to use toilet he would have to climb over suitcases in the aisle. Bloody disgusting service, absolutely fuming!

36 hours ago, was at O2 for much nicer reason, seeing the brilliant @duranduran & @dombrownmusic, not so nice passing through on way to work just now 😖 to add to insult their @allontheboard board is still on display 🤣 looks like my phone camera is still bleary eyed too 🤣

@TfL 1/2 another 1st class service on 132 to North Greenwich. Got on at Blendon, front of bus & electronic display showed destination North Greenwich, yet bus terminated at Wricklemarsh road, no prior warning from driver, apparently he changed destination from cab....,

2/2 but apparently not able to see display not updated. Drivers should announce early terminations over tannoy. Normally get a recorded announcement when change of destination but nothing for the entirety of my journey from
Blendon to point of termination. Driver was very rude.
