Had a routine apt at Charing Cross Hospital today. Reception & 1st floor were assisted by friendly & very helpful volunteers. Not just one or two, lots. Smiley faces & kind. Iβm sure it helps the NHS teams working hard there enormously. It certainly helps us. A huge thank you
