As usual, the ETSC is trying to block FSD from happening. They sent letters to all EU countries, except the ones who already approved FSD. Their so-called "questions" begin with this, quote: > "We urge you not to recognize [FSD]." etsc.eu/letter-tesla-fsd-sup…

Additionally, they want their questions answered by "someone else than the manufacturer". Ah yes. They "think" everyone else is better suited for explaining FSD than Tesla themselves........ This is clear as day: this is sabotage, and they know exactly what they are doing.

Hey @seyesdotcom As you already know, a lot of the people working on the UNECE regulations (DCAS Phase 3) already work in the EU. A new document has been published about DCAS Phase 3, available below. Seems like they are quite far. circabc.europa.eu/ui/group/4…

The presentation of the RDW was indeed about Tesla's Article 39 for FSD. It is available below: circabc.europa.eu/ui/group/4…

Today at the 53rd MVWG-ACV EU meeting on 1st of June: The Netherlands is presenting something on DCAS (driver assistance systems). We don't know if this is linked to Tesla FSD or not, but it seems likely. Many associations will attend, including the ETSC. circabc.europa.eu/ui/group/4…

A trolley is about to hit 5 people laying on the track You can redirect the car, but the other track has not yet reached regulatory approval or completed its 1 year environmental testing period, so operating a train car on it is a violation of transit regulations What do you do?

The 52th meeting report of the MVWG-ACV committee has been published. (Automated and Connected Vehicles) It is the meeting during which the ETSC has presented their letter, asking the other committes to STOP the regulatory work for FSD. Worth analyzing. circabc.europa.eu/ui/group/4…

3) The ETSC demands "public discussions" about the Article 39 FSD exemption, and asks to slow down the approval process. 4) The EU commission (chair) defends the article 30 procedure and refuses to suspend it.

I was surprised by this: 5) The ACEA, a group of car manufacturers (that includes Renault/Stellantis/BMW/etc) strongly supports the article 39 procedure.

@elonmusk vrt.be/vrtnws/nl/2026/04/10/…

As many already know, the RDW will present Tesla FSD to the TCMV committee on 2025-05-05. So I analyzed Ford's BlueCruise, which used the same Article 39 approval path. TLDR: there was a TEN MONTHS DELAY between the presentation and availability to customers. This is depressing😭
