As usual, the ETSC is trying to block FSD from happening.
They sent letters to all EU countries, except the ones who already approved FSD.
Their so-called "questions" begin with this, quote:

Ah yes.
They "think" everyone else is better suited for explaining FSD than Tesla themselves........
This is clear as day: this is sabotage, and they know exactly what they are doing.

Today at the 53rd MVWG-ACV EU meeting on 1st of June:
The Netherlands is presenting something on DCAS (driver assistance systems).
We don't know if this is linked to Tesla FSD or not, but it seems likely.
Many associations will attend, including the ETSC.

Ik heb naar aanleiding van het Tesla FSD-testproject in Nederland aan @Tesla gevraagd hun dossier aan ons over te maken. Dat ligt nu bij mijn administratie, die ik de opdracht heb gegeven om tegen het einde van de week duidelijkheid te verschaffen over een mogelijke snelle homologatie. Want innovatie moet je niet afremmen, maar doordacht en veilig mogelijk maken. Zo houden we Vlaanderen op kop als vooruitstrevende regio.

As many already know, the RDW will present Tesla FSD to the TCMV committee on 2025-05-05.
So I analyzed Ford's BlueCruise, which used the same Article 39 approval path.
TLDR: there was a TEN MONTHS DELAY between the presentation and availability to customers.
