When the conceptual mind has its final understanding of the Spiritual teachings- -You still remain at the very beginning of Your practice… When words remain, the practice must continue. No words. No “no words”. No practice. No “no practice”. Silence…

If We look deeply Within Ourselves- -We will find that suffering is not in the world, but in Our own mind. Emotion is emotion. Pain is pain. Sickness is sickness. Death is death. Suffering is RESISTANCE to emotion, pain, sickness and death. No resistance. No suffering...

The dark seeds planted by others...cultivates the Light within Us. Do not be so quick to fix, improve or heal. Sit with painful thoughts, feelings and emotions. Observe without rejecting. You who SEES pain...are the Light of Awareness. You are the One who Illumines the dark.

When there is no goal, there is no rush. When there is no rush, there is no conflict. When there is no conflict, there is no suffering. What Is...is simply What Is. No expectation. No should Be. No shouldn't Be. No could Be. Mind need not project Life. Live It, Here-Now.

The external world is the scapegoat- -for Our internal laziness... Without doing the Inner work, We will forever blame the outer world for Our suffering. Observe thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations. Stop projecting any pain outward. Be with What Is as It Is...

If 'life' is a classroom and I am in here to learn the art of living I want 'to be' excused I'll rather 'be' at the playground watching the leaves catching the sun on their faces holding it like a secret ... Published poetry in The Scribers Nook medium.com/scribers-nook/imt…

The disharmony of words- -is hiding Silence's Harmonious Resonance. Silence Speaks to those who step courageously into "not Knowing". Those who want to know, will never experience the Beauty of their Silent Voice... Keep a "don't know" mind. Relax. Become fluent in Silence.

#vss365 #cats Two cats who had grown up in the same alley met again after a long time. After the initial pleasantries and hugs, it came to light that one cat was a staunch atheist and the other a devout believer. The air stiffened, furs bristled and tails puffed up. One or two catty remarks ensued followed by a heated debate on faith versus reason. Then, as the situation got volatile, and there was every chance of a full blown cat fight, a wise tom sauntered into the fray. Raising his paw he said, "Dear fellow cats, calm down please, where's the problem? Have you heard of Schrodinger? And his cat?" The cats blinked. Even as they thought of quietly googling this fellow, Schrodinger, the wise tom continued - "According to him a cat in a sealed box can both exist or not exist until someone opens the lid to check. In the same way the divine can both exist / not exist till the box is opened." Turning to the believer he gently said, "Respect his right to his disbelief." And to the atheist he said, "And you - respect his right to his belief." The cats purred, whiskers relaxing, and accepted the wise counsel. Now if only... #writingcommunity

Emotion does not have an inherent "charge". Charge arises from resistance to emotion or blaming the emotion on something external. "Sadness is here, valid and allowed" = no charge. "I don't want to feel sad / THEY made me sad" = charge. Know the root of emotional overwhelm...

Wholeness is the Wisdom in Understanding that everything in Life has Its time and place. The good, the bad, and the ugly (as per mind) are all equally part of this Universal expression. Whatever You exclude, deny, repress or suppress is where Your work still lies... Observe.
