Looking to see how far I can cycle to anywhere that takes my fancy or can spend hours playing the same lovely piece of music on my Clarinet. Bellringing...

January is not the perfect time for a spot of ringing in an open church porch. bb.ringingworld.co.uk/view.p…

This was one of those incredible achievements. @RingingTeachers ART level 3. A lovely well struck quarter. Listening wins over listening.
It's been a day . Mr P . aka my hubby made me super proud. Ringing a quarter peal of St. Simon's doubles today. No mean feat when you are registered blind. Smashed ART LTR level 3. @RingingTeachers @Nikkirthomas @MRDC1715

Clarinet has had a service. Money well spent. It’s amazing. Had a fun afternoon playing with chums in the lovely St Lawrence Centre. However full on 🔔 and 🎵 all day seems to have used all my energy up. Tomorrow it’s spliced non pickled egg. Methods to learn 🧠.

An adventure. On a very dark starry night we went off to a surprise minor practice. Lots of great ringing. Cambridge, Norwich, Bourne, Kent, Oxford plus St Clements & Little. AND we got to go over on the ferry in the dark. Thx Steve!!

I had a good idea and it seems to have worked. A special only on a Sunday ferry to where we need to go. A 5.30am start. Drive through mountains in the dark and the fog and we had to reverse on but it seems to be heading to where we need to go.

Love this!!
A short break from all the craziness going on around... This photo of birds on power lines from @danilic looks like musical notation. So I tried to play it.

Cat and worn carpet. This cat appears to be rather camouflaged on all carpets. Also I notice interesting ear dots.

Today’s exciting harvest! Coriander seeds. As well as potatoes, broccoli, sweetcorn, apples and blackberries. #homegrownveg.

Oh wow. One of my favourite Devon villages.
Colouring sheet I drew for the Lustleigh Archives, featuring angels from one of the church windows. ✍️ (I had top-notch tea and cake in the building you can see lower left.)

Phew, glad that came round. It did feel rather like baking a cake, look up recipe on line, add everything in the correct order, keep stirring it and hope it turns out ok in the end. bb.ringingworld.co.uk/view.p…
