Russell Crowe recently revealed he's finished shooting on Chad Stahelski’s Highlander reboot. Crowe stars alongside Henry Cavill in the action/fantasy. “I just finished the shoot of ‘Highlander.’ It’s an Amazon production, and it’s going to be fantastic. It’s by Chad Stahelski, who directed all the ‘John Wick’ movies, so you know he is incapable of directing a film that is not exciting.” The film is still listed as in production, meaning Crowe has wrapped his own scenes as the mentor Ramírez, rather than the entire production being complete.

It’s weird how Michael Bay and Paul WS Anderson both made one decent film in the 90s and just decided to never make anything good again and just latch onto IPs where they completely ruin the thing they were adapting.
