55 yo with scoliosis and spinal stenosis s/p Lumbar & sacral decompression with large blood loss (2L) is brought intubated to ICU. Emergent central line placed for vasopressors. 5 hrs later patient is hypoxic.Lung POCUS exam is done. What could be the differential diagnosis?
