Things Iβve learned:
1. Back flips are a KILLER ab work out
2. I MUST look behind me before each flip. Even if I KNOW nothing there.
3. If my hair is down I MUST do a hair flip.
I was SO thrilled to cross this one off my bucket list!! We got Open Water certified and went on 5 dives and as deep as 65 feet in Jamaica!! ππ―π²π
