$DUOL may have found a bottom.
Wall St punished Duolingo for choosing growth over profit, and for AI disruption fears.
The first was warranted. The second, not so much. Because learning languages is a motivation problem, not an informational one.
DUOL’s true moat is its engagement loop involving streaks, gamification, and habit formation. Not content scarcity, which AI does commoditize for everyone equally.

#Bitcoin has been extremely disappointing.
Instead of saying one last goodbye to the 200SMA, it rushed straight back to the bottom of the channel.
Now expecting ~$60K by the end of June.
#Bitcoin moved as anticipated, dropping quickly to the middle of the channel.
It’s possible we retest the 200SMA resistance overhead one more time before resuming the downward move.
Interestingly, BTC has started to diverge from $IGV, which continues to follow liquidity more closely.

End of this week will likely be a great time to get off the ride.
SPX continues to follow the liquidity trace almost perfectly. We remain on schedule for a local top in about two weeks, followed by roughly a month of pullback.
