If a
#leaseholder has rented their flat out & wants to sell, they ask their tenant to move out.
But as
@tomcopley knows full well, many flats are NOT selling for years.
Flat cannot be let out for one year if we can't sell.
Harming leaseholders has become a sport for
@UKLabour.
People can give notice after one, two or five years. And somewhere in between, or beyond.
The Rentersā Rights Act just means landlords canāt evict tenants for no reason. No one is obliged to rent a flat for an infinite period of time.
Happy to clarify that for you, Tom.
