Absolutely. The streamers are underrating the degree to which people just want to hang out with their favorite characters for 30 minutes or an hour. Let them do that 22 or 24 times a year instead of the "7-8 episodes ever two years if you're lucky" model and see what happens.

40 years ago a movie premiered called Streets of Fire. It was ahead of its time in many ways. It bombed. Many of the actors went on to big careers. It's a stunning film. A neon epic western rock opera on rain slicked streets. Give it a watch. I love it.
