Juvenile Arrest - Armed Robbery Incidents On 2/7/23, a male juvenile, age 14, was arrested by Normal PD after a lengthly investigation into two separate armed robbery incidents.

Normal PD completed our investigation which was reviewed by the McLean County State’s Attorney’s Office. The juvenile was arrested and was detained at the McLean County Juvenile Detention Facility. Charges: Aggravated Robbery Robbery
