I suppose it’s worth mentioning that if you are as crazy as I am and you want to do this intentionally, start small, don’t use a flared base, and use tons of lube everywhere. I typically pre-load lube as deep as I can, in addition to covering the toy and the sphincters.

Also do not start with a laxative. Laxatives cause your colon to self-lubricate but only temporarily, and then you end up drier than when you started. You can compensate with extra lube but it’s just adding extra steps that you don’t need unless you’re filming or poop-phobic.
