Former #Preston North End footballer Mel Tottoh is urging people to see their GP if they think something something isn't quite right with their health.
Mel, who's 68, was diagnosed with the blood cancer myeloma nearly four years ago and has been in remission for the last couple of years.
This week is Myeloma Awareness Week and Mel has been talking to @BBCLancsSport's @AndyBayes
