I've been on #Bluesky for 2 days now.
It's feels odd.
The platform is basically identical to this one, except the folks who converse with me can spell, and I'm not being inundated with a bunch of right-wing, inbred, mouth-breathing idiots, posting misinformation.

My feeling on the Jets' record so far this season.
With absolutely no wifi, and very, very little to do because of the constant darkness and temperatures that hover near absolute zero for much of the winter, there is nothing for hockey players to do but think about hockey.

Now we get to watch Hockey Night in Canada (the Jets aren't quite good enough to make it onto that broadcast), and they'll talk about the Leafs for 90% of the broadcast, the Habs 5% of the broadcast, and mention the Jets' streak at the very beginning, never to speak of it again.

That fight from Lowry means nothing for this game - but it shows there will be repercussions in any future game.
The issue now is that Lowry is the lone player on the club who can actually fight.
Stanley *can* but is by no means a pugilist - which is a crying shame.

Defeating a top-notch team who is driven to show the home team their great record means nothing is going to be a very tough ask for Winnipeg.
This should be a really, really good game.
