The 2nd day of the competition has been dedicated to the applications, i.e., the 3 parallel simulation codes from different domains of science that organizers have selected as a challenge. We ran 2 of 3 apps using both the CPUs and GPUs of our cluster. 😃 #ISC23 #ISC23_SCC

The #ISC23_SCC starts on Mon with organizers ringing 🔔 in the exhibition of the #ISC23 conference. During the first day we execute benchmarks (HPCG, HPL) for ranking our cluster. At the end of the day, we submit our results... And take a deep breath after such a long day.

Yesterday we left our cluster configured and ready to run the competition applications: a "different" Sunday, full of emotions. Today at 3pm the competition officially starts: follow us because we will need your help. 🙏
