My arms aren’t as big as this looks, but for my age, they look bigger than almost anyone else my age I meet day to day.
Then again, I own the State Powerlifting record for my age weight.

Went to DesMoines today.
Cost me $72 to fill up muh expedition.
Stopped at BurgerKing they got my order wrong, was supposed the be the texas jalapeño whopper. Was in a a hurry so just ate it.

I just got done with a brisk walk which included a lot of incline and decline.
This was my blood pressure immediately after walking in the door.
