Nothe Fort has been awarded Β£1.37 from Arts Council England's Museum Estate and Development fund (MEND) and an additional Β£15,000 from Dorset Councilβs Capital Leverage Fund, so the Fort can fix damaging damp issues.

Weymouth's iconic jubilee clock has turned green to shine a light on the work of Nothe Fort. Chairman James Farquharson said: βThis is a symbol of thanks to our team of local volunteers for welcoming tens of thousands of visitors over the summer".
