'Until we fix rehabilitation, the revolving door will continue.' Couldn't agree more. Invest, invest, invest! This continues to be our aim in shaping our services. Prehab is also essential to prevent the first trauma. Therapy is an essential service.

1. Shift in attitudes - half of patients have frailty.
2. Front door frailty.
3. Investment in rehabilitation. Until we fix rehab, the revolving door will continue.
