Auckland housing prices are down 22% from highs during covid.. That might put a lot of people in the red on amounts owed.. sucks.. I really hope it comes back up.

Realising Apple went public at under $2 billion and 15 times revenue in 1980.
SpaceX wants you to buy at $2 trillion and 100 times revenue in 2026.
That is not getting in early. That is being the exit for venture capitalists who have held this equity for years at a fraction of what you are being asked to pay.
Almost none of the retail investors buying this IPO will read the 300 pages before the book closes on June 11.
That is your entire competitive advantage right there.

I have been looking forward to an opportunity to invest in starlink. Then the ipo comes along with all sorts of high risk stuff attached and it is all over valued. I reckon waiting a year to let the market price drop is a good idea.

These new LED lights for homes are kinda annoying.. yeah they have lower power usage, last about 7 years. When they burn out you have to rewire them.. for many that would mean an electrician..

Sometimes I think scifi makes me think too much. Why do humans need to create an economy-both real and fake. Many companies create internal ones. Imagine surviving a boat sinking off the a coast of some country.. you drift to shore and food, shelter, medical etc.. off limits..

An older man at checkout was digging through his wallet for his loyalty card. The cashier was kindly helping him search. I thought awe nice. Then I went to pay for my stuff and was politely reminded to enter my pin. Hehehe…. Little helper!

I am a happy Starlink user.. their AI is way better than a call centre.. BUT. I have been a customer for maybe 4 years.. VPN has always worked.. then Computer says NO. I change my DNS settings all good.. AI says nope all good here.. carry on.. like what? Your DNS has issues bro.

Rural internet is evidently being dominated by starlink. Makes perfect sense that easy high speed internet competitively priced is winning customers.

Wow the Financials for spacex, starlink, Ai, etc is a real eye opener. SpaceX is loosing money, starlink is making heaps basically saving it. The rest is a loss leader for believers.
