Tactical was also the goal from the start he just didn’t want to play. You looked for an excuse to remove Meech to fit him into the puzzle.

Success doesn’t void anyone from criticism. The same way that paying players well shouldn’t allow you to treat them poorly
Enjoy the victory, players did well, doesn’t mean the way you or your org handled the situation was handled well nor should be forgotten/forgiven.
