This article is gold. We read through this and picked up a few ideas we ended up applying at Nova. Launch → first-home readiness dropped from ~2.16s to ~1.58s. Small optimizations, noticeable UX improvements. Feels insanely faster to open Nova. Appreciate you sharing this. These improvements are now pushed to test flight via link in bio.

Lastly, V3 is still waiting for review, but TestFlight has been going crazy. What’s been cool to see is that supporters and haters alike keep opening Nova every day. At the end of the day, all that matters is people actually using the product. We might be the first ICM project where the product is carrying the value of the project. Blessed.
