I asked the Co-Founder of Relay how they're thinking about RWAs onchain.
Peter says it's still early but the problem to solve for tokenized stocks is liquidity. Relay's answer is concentrating it in one place so the same depth is available across every chain.

The core Relay product is not affected by the recent rsETH / @aave / @LayerZero_Core incident, and will continue operating on all routes.
The only impact is that some routes might have temporary liquidity shortages, due to OFTs being paused, which prevents rebalancing.

For Relay Vaults, withdrawals currently can’t be processed, due to collateral being deposited into Aave WETH market for yield. In any scenario, depositors will be able to withdraw their full position.
If there are no updates from Aave soon, we will begin a process to help users manually withdraw. There is only ~$1M total deposited, and only a portion of that is in Aave, so any shortage is easily covered.
