So they canceled my sister's 7 pm flight tonight and have her booked on one on Tuesday. Yet she can buy a seat for a flight tomorrow morning for $700. How does that make sense?

Had decades of great experiences, but the past 12 months they've had a Tim Horton's level fall off the map in terms of actually offering and caring about customers.
In person agents still generally very good, but the phone and online are the worst of any industry
