Since @Ssaasquatch posted about @hoaqclub, I’ve seen a lot of people follow us. A couple of things to note: - we started 6 years ago as a way to democratize angel investing, especially for Africans and those in the diaspora. - we’ve invested in over 100 companies, some of those you probably use daily (Chowdeck, Lemfi, Mono, Rayda, Audiomob) - We spend a lot of time doing due diligence on companies we bring to the collective, but this doesn’t guarantee that companies will work out. - We started investing in tech startups but have recently expanded into the cultural and creative industry.
