π¨Interviewer: Cristiano, almost every top footballer is covered in tattoos. Why is your skin completely clean
Cristiano Ronaldoπ£: I don't have tattoos so I can donate blood more often. Getting a tattoo forces you to wait months before donating because of infection risks. I want to be ready to help immediately. It costs nothing, and you feel happy knowing you're saving lives.
Interviewer: You also donated bone marrow for your teammate's young son. Weren't you afraid of the pain
Cristiano Ronaldo: People think donating bone marrow is painful, but it's just like a regular blood test-it doesn't hurt. I did it years ago and would do it again. Keeping my body clear is a small price to pay to help sick children.
