I've just helped Al who forgot his password for @facebook at Castleford Library. I highly recommend using a password manager which remembers all your passwords like @LastPass where you just need to remember just one password to remind you of all your passwords! π @lindasfjones

I just spent 2 hours helping Ava with storage issues as she couldn't install @instagram on her iPhone. Barry (dad) was very grateful for what I did & he's donated Β£10 to @macmillancancer as he recognised the good work that they did for his mum. Thank you so much! π @lindasfjones

Ziggy gave his iPhone to his daughter to play on & was shocked to have found that he was passcode locked out! π³ One Guru appointment later he was relieved that I could fix this! Thank you for this lovely sweet treat - I don't have a sweet tooth but this cake was fantastic! π°
