During which time there is no offer of a decent replacement phone or a reduction in charges for the inability to use O2 services.
Did you know O2 require you to send your phone off for repair three times before they'll consider swapping it for a fault?

Do you have #4G in your area? #O2 claim to be have been "rolling this out" for sometime. Interested to hear from customers in major cities.
