After 3 of the last 4 flights that I have taken with @British_Airways were cancelled with zero support from BA, I am surrendering my Silver membership with OneWorld in favour of Star Alliance.
BA are *terrible*.

I was particularly unimpressed with the Cust Serv person that offered me an alternative flight home after my Dublin flight was cancelled if I could fly from Inverness.
Was I supposed to swim from Ireland to Scotland?

I like this approach in principle (although it makes price transparency harder), but in practice lowering prices for some, necessitates raising prices for others in order to remain revenue neutral, and no-one is seemingly able to pay more.

Today, block can be used by users to share and hide harmful or private information about those they’ve blocked. Users will be able to see if such behavior occurs with this update, allowing for greater transparency.
