OCSC are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for three categories/projects by the Irish Concrete Society.
@OCSCBelfast have scheduled over 8900 piles across Phase 1, 2A, 2B, & Phase 3 on Royal Wharf. Piles were CFA with a typical diameter of 500mm and typical lengths of 20m. We would like to commend @Galldris & @Simplex Westpile for all the hard work across the three phases!

OCSC were appointed as the Structural Engineers for Kensington Row. The site is located on Warwick Road, Kensington in London. The development comprises of 160 No. 1 to 5 bedroom apartments over 4 blocks together with basement plant space, and residential parking.
