Some of the excellent reviews @AerLingus have received through the PRM Assist app regarding the assistance service they provided to passengers with reduced mobility.     It is clear that they provide a stellar service with an overall rating of 4.5 stars! ⭐️🎉

OCS is our (fantastic) third party provider. It’s a long time ago, Philip, but OCS was originally set up in 1930 as “Office Cleaning Supplies”. Now it’s simply known as OCS as the company does a whole lot more than it did back then. We’re glad to hear your experience was good.
