7/8s begin each class w/ a quick "On This Day in History" to get us started. Today we spent a full hour talking about Matthew Shepard, making connections to Emmett Till, and discussing recent hate crime statistics. The conversation was too good to stop! #ocsuvt #vted

Thoughtful and inspiring day at Jay Peak yesterday discussing how we can achieve equity in our education systems. So amazing to have students there so their voices could be heard and honored! Can’t wait to continue this work in my school and across #ocsuvt! #VPA #vted

LR welding students created work benches for the additional 3 booths we created last spring. The students had to measure existing benches, draw up metal fabrication plans, cut all of the material, create a jig to make the top surface and weld all parts together. #ocsuvt
