My presentation at Runes Asia! The Mind-Blowingly Massive Opportunity of Bitcoin DeFi Maybe the most asymmetric bet of all time.

Very sad to leave Hong Kong, but very happy to make it back home! What a week! I'll do a proper recap later, but for now here are a few updates: 1. ODIN·FUN relaunched last week and we've already done 500 BTC volume in the last few days. Truly a comeback story for the ages. 2. ODIN·FUN communities are real, engaged, massive, wealthy, smart, coordinated, and a powerful force to be reckoned with. The Odin Fun comeback wasn't possible without the community, and the future of Odin Fun is bright! 3. Runes Asia, Bitcoin Asia, and BTC Summit were some of the best Bitcoin events I've ever seen. Can't wait to come back to Asia for another round of Bitcoin events. Now a few bookkeeping updates: 1. Many users have reached out about their account still being frozen. These were accounts that were connected in some fashion to the recent exploit. After additional digging we were able to unfreeze more than half of these accounts. If you have questions or issues here, please submit a ticket in the discord. We're working through the remaining issues as fast as we can. 2. A few users reached out confused about their balance in the platform due to three illegitimate transaction fix. We're working through these as fast as we can as well. Thank you for your patience. 3. Public Audit Report for ODIN•FUN Smart Contract In order to ensure that ODIN•FUN is rock solid and secure, we worked with multiple independent groups to review our smart contract code. The external reviews focused on bonding curve and AMM math functionality, code quality, code readability, tests, and language or chain specific issues. After receiving initial reports from our external reviewers, we addressed all of the critical, high, and medium priority issues. Then we either addressed low priority issues or provided justification for why we didn't immediately address them. Then we sent our responses back to external reviewers who confirmed that our changes and/or responses were sufficient. This was then all compiled into a final report. We will continue to prioritize improved review processes, testing architectures, public accountability, and audits for our all of our code.

We are very close to reopening trading. Best case scenario we're ~48 hours away. However it could still be delayed another few days (or more) in the worst case. 1. User funds: I bought $1.7M of Bitcoin today to send into ODIN•FUN (deposit coming soon). It felt fantastic. David Bailey must have been on top of the world during their 12 hour BTC acquisition period for Naka. 2. Audit: We'll be releasing a full audit report plus an external review report prior to going live. We should have both of these final documents in the next ~12 hours. 3. Testing: End to end tests, unit tests, internal review, external review, and audits are all ready to go. We've revamped our entire deployment workflow to dramatically increase code quality and robustness. 4. Platform state: Attackers manipulated many tokens, token prices, liquidity pools, etc. We've had many of you reach out concerned about this. We've separated all illegitimate actions from the legitimate user actions, and illegitimate actions will be reversed to preserve platform integrity. 5. Bitcoin Asia: Only 3.5 days until I leave for Hong Kong. Can't wait to meet you all in Hong Kong at the conference. We'll have a booth at Bitcoin Asia, I'll be speaking at Runes Asia and BTC Summit, and we'll have merch some other fun surprises. The next 48-72 hours are going to be big. Come on!

Had an absolutely fantastic day. Tons of updates. 1. Funds are rolling in. We're up to 280/290 BTC in the protocol right now. 10 BTC left. And I already have cash ready to go here. Just need to convert it to BTC and deposit it into the protocol. ✅ Ensure user funds are backed 1:1 with BTC 2. Audit is done. We addressed all critical feedback and our changes have all been approved. Some additional clean up is needed here but otherwise we're good to go. ✅ Audit done for public release soon 3. Additional funds have been frozen across various CEXs today. We're working with law enforcement to get additional information and to pursue fund recovery. Likely a lengthy process here, but pushing hard on this still. 4. We are identifying all affected user BTC balances, token balances, LP token balances, and buys/sells from illegitimate Bitcoin. This will ensure we can reopen trading on fair grounds for all of our users. This is in progress. Hoping to have this done in the next 24 hours. 5. End to end testing, unit tests, additional external review processes, and audit processes are all being added as mandatory steps for all new changes. These are being written / improved / enhanced and all code will go through this process prior to release. Security is the name of the game. And we're going all in on it. We're getting close to reopening trading. Might be days away at this point. Can't wait to get things back up and running for you all.
