Up until just recently, some metrics of Microsoft Azure Attestation were completely vulnerable to spoofing in some circumstances, and would accept attacker controlled measurements. SecureBoot in this case, spoofed as ON from a malicious bootkit. see CVE-2026-45642

After a thorough investigation, the team at XGS has enough evidence to support the fact that player mousetrapjon has been utilizing a DMA device in XGS qualifiers. Due to this, him and his team (Console Rankers) will receive a permanent ban from Xenon Gaming Series, TPL and The Crucible going forward. In the investigation, the team was able to identify a PCI-E Device directly linked to DMA devices and no other use cases.

Crazy how hard these cheaters tried taking me down for the past 2 years almost 3 going. Its been a very longgggggggggggggggggg time coming glad to have ts cleared up finally.

Recent allegations on "SMERF" has lead me to investigate the situation and after a long 2 hours of checking his computer. The evidence and correlations I have collected strongly indicates there was a device capable of "USB to Serial" communication. Corresponding required drivers and modules for a DMA capable device were found "sys's, .dll's, .inf's, .vxd's" plus a Unrecognized hardware component (Pci) which doesn't exist inside public database's. This ISNT hard concrete evidence as to if he used a DMA during the game or not. But again evidence strongly indicates the use of a hardware device capable of such. Regardless smurf and his team was very compliant during the entire situation and have my thanks for allowing me to conduct the investigation🙏. SOME footage may or may not be released to the public in due time.
