All student devices must be returned again this year. Grades 2, 3, and 4 will return them on May 20th. Grades 5, 6, 7, and 8 will return them on May 21st. Please ensure students have their devices, chargers, and cases, and that all stickers are removed on their date.

On Saturday, Orlando Gifted Academy was recognized by the city of Winter Park's Sustainability Division and Keep Winter Park Beautiful with a $500 Green Schools grant to be used towards converting our school garden into an Urban Habitat patch.

CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Khang N. for winning a $500.00 Scholarship to attend the FBLA National Leadership Conference in San Antonio! He was selected out of 800 applicants! He had to write an essay, create a resume, and have a letter of recommendation from Mrs. Dunn.

We have our first-ever “Reading Record Holders”. The challenge is to try to beat their record next year! 6th grader Lynn read 8,397,774 words! And for elementary, 3rd grader, Eli read 5,706,373 words! Together, that is 284 books read and AR-tested since August! Way to go!
