Damiyaaaaahhhh! Senior Captain Damiyah Hall is entering her last year with serious goals in her two main events -400 and LJ. She brings positivity with her everyday, and we canβt wait to see what she can do! GOOM!

Next up, Samiah Jones! Samiah is one of our top long and triple jumpers. She holds the school record in outdoor LJ and TJ, and has finished in the top 3 over 20 times in her HS career. We are looking forward to big things for Samiah this year! GOOM!

First up, Belmont signee Catarina Williams. Catarina is no stranger to the podium having won the indoor 800 state title in β25 and was part of the state champion 4x800. Catarina holds the OM school indoor record in the 800 and is part of several record holding relays! GOOM! π

1-2-3!! Oak Mountain top finishers at the state meet! Cooper Jeffcoat is the state champ in the 800 and finishes 3rd in the 400. Chloe Jeffcoat, Fiona Mallory, Riley Leckemby, and Catarina Williams finish 2nd in the 4x800!! GOOM! ππ

Alum Alert: John Shoemaker takes the βred shirtβ off and runs one heck of a race for Ole Miss. He started the race in 224 place but worked hard to move himself up to 66! This put him as the 4th runner for Ole Miss (team finished 3rd)! We are so proud of you! Keep it up!!! π
