On the 2nd of March 2023 I transferred #49000 from my cleaver moni ( @ProvidusBank ) account to my @myaccessbank, the money didn't reflect in my access account all through that day, so the next day by noon i laid a compliant on the cleaver moni app by the next day @myaccessbank

I cant transfer more that what was on the mobile app, I went to the bank and was told my account is placed on lien for an error their system made.They didn't lien their 49000 only they lien my 98000. My question is what is my crime?
I have been saving my money in @myaccessbank
