We’re excited to profile one of our earliest members Charlie Herrin, who is the President of the Technology and Product organization at @comcast Charlie joined us in 2023 and since then we’ve collaborated in numerous ways and he’s been an active and incredibly valuable member of our community. In his current role at Comcast, he is responsible for (and loves) developing the vision and guiding the teams who design, create, and deliver the company’s entertainment and connectivity products and software services. With over 25 years of product experience, Charlie has been at the helm of several transformative moments at Comcast: from the development of Emmy award-winning interactive experiences and the development of best-in-class home connectivity and security products, to the pivot towards a more consumer-oriented business with the rollout of the largest NPS deployment in North America.  Charlie oversees teams across the globe, pulling the best product managers and technologists together to continue to reinvent experiences in homes and Businesses. Charlie graduated with honors in Economics from the University of Washington, where he was recognized as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  Thank you for being part of the community Charlie!

We were first introduced to Molly by one of our founding members, @deshonekizer, the CEO of One of None and former NFL QB.  Molly is the Global Sports & Entertainment Director of the 615 Group at @MorganStanley, a wealth management service firm based in Nashville. She founded the firm in 2016, building a team to serve ultra-high net worth families and individuals across the country.  With her team, Molly focuses on finding custom solutions to complex issues that go beyond investing, which is why she was intrigued to become a member of ON_Discourse and values discourse and intellectual honesty in the pursuit of new ideas and original perspective.

Greg Beauchamp, Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Bindery, is a member of the ON_Discourse network. @gsbeauchamp transformed a passion for storytelling into a successful career. As a creator, Greg won an Emmy Award winner for "ZION," a Sundance-premiered documentary later acquired by Netflix. As a producer, his indie rom-com "PLUS ONE" won the Audience Award at Tribeca. His success as a creator is only half of this story. As an entrepreneur, Greg founded an award-winning indie film and brand content studio. It also helps him support independent film incubators like Sundance Catalyst and the Oxbelly Retreat in Greece.
