Interestingly, the later in the day patients present at a medical centre the more likely they receive #opioid prescription for #backpain. Decision making fatigue is to blame bit.ly/2uHY0Sp

What do guidelines of #lowbackpain say about #opioids? "Most ... recommend weak opioids for short periods, if there is no improvement with ... other treatments".
