It has been 973 days since pre-orders went up for the Neo Geo version of Final Vendetta.
It has been 182 days since the last formal update which stated "...we didn’t quite make Q2, but please know that we aren’t far away now."

The @trfightstick Octopus holy trinity is complete. These are some of the best arcade sticks I've ever used. They are unmatched from a compatibility standpoint and well worth the price. The few issues I've run into have been handled with care

Paprium and the Grand Stick III were released 5 years ago today. Lastingly marred by controversy, Paprium remains one of the most technically ambitious Genesis/Mega Drive games and a fantastic beat 'em up.

Never imagined I'd be able to see Oasis live. Seats were far back, and a guy next to us kept screaming the whole show, but still very thankful to have seen the band. Fantastic show. This tour has the perfect setlist. Loudest concert I've ever been to 🤘

Earthion is one of the best shmups I've played and one of the best games on Genesis. It's sad there's no official way to play this on original hardware currently, yet it's possible. Feels dirty, but found a way to play on my childhood Genesis. Will end up buying it multiple times

Just spent some time with Paprium on the MEDP in a Model 2 GEN/CD/32X system. A few notes on the current work-in-progress nature of the emulation:
- Significant slowdown throughout the game
- Visual glitches and animation errors
- Seems like less characters on screen than typical

- Could not progress past Central Park in Original mode w/Alex Dice (train never stopped after defeating Rondo)
- Numerous sound related issues
As tempting as it is to play Paprium in this state, I feel people are better to hold off until more polish is made to the emulation.

I was able to fully progress through recommended path route 1 in Original mode using the Mega Sg. Still encountered the other issues listed previously, however.

One of the core appeals of Paprium is its audio/visual presentation. So while I'm excited that more people get to experience the game, it's a bummer that many's first impressions will be tainted.
Nevertheless, glad to see all of the effort around making this game more available
